Return/Refund Policy
Because Be Sweet Bakery products are food items prepared specifically for each order, food purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested when helpful.
When appropriate, Be Sweet Bakery may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
If you are unable to pick up your order as scheduled, please refer to our Pickup Policy. We are happy to work with customers to arrange another pickup during normal business days and hours at an agreed-upon time and available pickup location.
Merchandise Return / Exchange Policy
Be Sweet Bakery merchandise, such as non-food items, shirts, sweatshirts, hats, totes, or similar products, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase or pickup. Items should be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise item, please contact Be Sweet Bakery within 7 days so we can work with you on a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Because availability may vary by design, color, and size, exchanges are subject to available inventory.
Custom and personalized merchandise is made specifically for the customer. If Be Sweet Bakery makes an error in the customization, please contact us so we can discuss a replacement or other appropriate solution.
If a custom item was made correctly according to the information provided at the time of purchase, it may not be eligible for return or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind about the customization.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odors, or damage after purchase may not be eligible for return or exchange.

By placing an order with Be Sweet Bakery LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All bakery orders are subject to product availability, production capacity, and pickup availability.
Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
Be Sweet Bakery prepares products in a home-based cottage bakery in Lansing, Kansas.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, pickup instructions, and order details before completing a purchase.
Orders must be picked up according to the date, location, and pickup instructions provided with the order.
Be Sweet Bakery is not responsible for products after they have been picked up, including damage caused by improper storage, handling, temperature, transportation, or delayed consumption.
Product appearance may vary slightly because items are made and packaged by hand.
Photographs shown on the website are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.
Prices, products, flavors, availability, policies, and business hours may be updated at any time.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of Be Sweet Bakery branding, logos, photographs, designs, written content, or other original materials is prohibited.

Bakery Pickup Policy
Be Sweet Bakery LLC offers local pickup for prepaid orders.
Available pickup locations, dates, and times are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for selecting the pickup option that works best for their order.
Orders are prepared according to the turnaround time shown at checkout. Orders may take up to 2 business days to prepare, depending on order volume and production schedule. Customers will receive an “Order Ready” notification as soon as their order is ready for pickup. Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.
Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.
Porch pickup orders are contactless. Pickup instructions, including any locker or access information needed for the order, will be provided when the order is ready.
Our porch pickup area is accessed by stairs. Customers who need wheelchair-accessible pickup may choose Saturday pickup at Sun Rose Boutique from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM, where a handicap-accessible ramp is available.
Orders placed for an alternate pickup location must be collected during the designated pickup period shown for that location.
If you are unable to pick up your order as scheduled, please contact Be Sweet Bakery. We are happy to work with you to arrange another pickup during normal business days and hours at an agreed-upon time and available pickup location.
Orders that are not picked up as originally scheduled may be returned to available inventory. When you are ready to pick up, your order will be replaced and prepared for the newly agreed pickup time.
Pickup availability, locations, and hours may change based on holidays, business schedules, weather, production capacity, or other circumstances.
